I want an Indian lawyer to send a legal notice to my house owner who has deducted Rs.5000 from the advance I had paid him when I occupied his house five years ago. The rental agreement talks about the 'advance will be given back at the time of leaving' and does not talk about any deduction.

u need not to worry, particularly if nothing is specifically written in the agreement regarding deduction, its a simple notice which can be made and sent the same day Relevant Skills and Experience I am a corporate lawyer having more than 7 year experience Proposed Milestones ₹1245 INR - its part of my regular work Any damage caused by or during your stay , like breakage , leakage etc. copy of the agreement
