FreeNAS on ESXi

Hi, I have ESXi that has FreeNAS v9.10 running there I have LSI SAS9220-8i card flashed to IBM 1015 IT mode and it passes everything to FreeNAS. I need to accomplish the following: 1. Finish parts of this guide to finish [login to view URL] 2. Solve permission issue accessing share on FreeNAS from other home devices within the network. 3. Enable NFS Share and Samba 4. Simulate when one HD gets disconnected that FreeNAS continues to work. 5. Setup automatic backup of all VMs from ESXi. 6. All work MUST be done thru Teamviewer if you can't do not bid! 7. Must install Ubuntu and Windows 7 VMs and test to make sure it can access both NFS and samba share as well other Windows machines in the network. There will be milestones, if project does not get completed to my satisfaction I will not release money. Sorry but I got burned in the past from some other freelancers here.
