Need a simple logo for a real estate agent - have 2 ideas to work from

I am looking for a logo and have 2 ideas (both attached as pdfs). I don't have the skills to polish either idea. Both are pretty simple but need a graphic designer's touch. I'm not asking for someone to do both, just choose which one you think will be best. I am also open to other ideas. The realtor will pick the one she likes best. And it really only needs to be black and white - we will match to the website colors, but I will take color suggestions It's listed as a non-guaranteed winner, but we do want a winner. We need this for our website and we are moving forward immediately. Let's forget the sketch of the house I uploaded. Instead, do Westhaven Franklin elongated and in all caps with a clean modern font. And something in between the words Westhaven and Franklin. It could be a box with WF inside - something that can be used on it's own. And thank you, artists, for the work you have done on this so far.
