website integration with card reader or pin pad

Hi there My idea is selling event tickets in a self service kiosk in a shopping center. My first idea was running a test with something quite simple and cheap: Using an Android tablet (or Android POS) I say Android because I find them cheaper. In the other hand I am going to built a website to sell the tickets online too. (Magento, WIX, prestashop... not decided yet), The idea was using this website to sell the tickets in the physical kiosk too. To me the shopping process it is exactly the same, but I have a problem. The last step which is payment. When you buy an article online and you press the pay button you are redirected to a virtual payment gateway . However in order to pay in a selfservice kiosk, I don´t want this feature, I would like the customers to pay with a phisycal card reader or pin pad, But I do not know how to integrate this.( and how the system distinguish when a customer is using the browser to buy online and then redirected to the virtual gateway payment or is buying from the self service kiosk and redirected to a pin pad or card raeder). I assume there is a better optimization , like maybe creating an app that runs faster, etc.. that will be something to do...but for my initial test do not really want to invest in something really expensive ( also ideally in the future , I will need the software to manage the bookings online and offline in the back end). I would be happy to hear from Ideas, solutions for the testing scenario and/or for the future scalation as I said I would happily start by just connecting my website to a card reader or pin pad.
