Do NOT hire DEVlancer He is a biggest FRAUD ever I hired Devlancer a week ago to implement my paper on IRIS Recognition. I created two milestones of half price each. He same day delivered the project and I was on seventh heaven that he kept his promise. But, that was the moment he started playing with me. He copied a random code from internet and delivered to me and asked me to release the last milestone. I was dumb founded as my presentation date was near. I begged him to start the correct one on time. But he said MY MOTHER WILL DIE, SHE NEEDS MEDICINE so please release the second milestone. I was afraid because till that moment he was making me fool but guys when it comes to our mother we think emotionally, and I did release the second milestone. Now, he has my money and I have wait. He again sent me some fake code. There was no documentation because it was copied from internet. I again requested him to provide me the documentation then he blackmailed me to give 5 top stars in feedback. I had to do it again because of same.
