Hello dear contractor. I can do it in 2 hours or maybe less. It's a simple engineering problem. This is easier to solve on Simulink if you need. I've had some classes on modeling and simulation, when I could go through some problems similar to this one. I'm a mechanical engineer and you can count on me to solve that for you.
