2x2 Motorbike ATV - 05/05/2018 21:02 EDT

i have an idea for a 2x2 motorbike similar to 'ROKON" and "taurus" so an ATV, my design is with an electric motor in from hub to do away with the need for chains etc, the rokon is a great bike , but the taurus packs down easily for transport. so i want a combination of the two. a rokon that packs down with an electric front hub. maybe even an electric rear hub as well powered by a generator and not a motor? so a hybrid petrol/battery? ok , so this is just a concept. this is how i will work it. chose a design team. or designer. get a Kickstarter to have manufactured in China, then distribute. so the designer must be prepared to work on a tight budget and then have the chance at a bonus if ever see production as an incentive to do good work. I am open to negotiate. so I cant accept expensive quotes, as its just a concept I want to try and build with crowd support. it would be good if you have contacts in manufacture in china. thanks ps my budget is just placeholder​ offering.
