EA based on bolliner band

I want to create and EA based on Bollinger band. I should be able to set the Period, Deviation, SL, TP & Lot size in the EA setting. When ever the price touchs the deviation & period of the bolliger band it should open a trade. upper band for short and lower band for long. I also have another EA with source code based on martingale strategy, I want to reverse engineer it. You will need to go through the code and give me a detail on how the EA the trades based on indicators and setting and give me a .tpl file with all the indicators and setting.
