My requirements to hide the software completely.

I have installed a spy app on another phone of mine. I need to hide that software completely from the list of apps AND from the "Manage Applications" list in the settings. I want it to run in the background constantly and do what it already does. IF someone has a solution for me...(or gets an idea on producing a new app with this feature)...please let me know. I tried some apps from google play, yes they hide apps icon not only from home screen but also from android app manger. But the problem is that hidden apps stopped working, So I need an app that hide the apps icons but my spy app to run in the background constantly and do what it already does.
