iOS/Android app. Barcode scanner + API connect to website.

I'm creating a website that will let small businesses manage their inventory in a quick and simple manner. They create an account and use a browser to manage their stock. The site has an API that was written by myself. It is authenticated and outputs JSON information for things like searches and _POST data to save stock data back into the system. I need a mobile application that works on both iOS (iPad/iPhone) and on Android devices. It must: - Have a log in screen to authenticate the app to the account on the website. Account creation and other complexities are NOT required. Simply authenticate. The user manages their account online. - Have a search to locate items in the inventory. An API document will be provided to get the results. For example, a button might say 'Add 1' as well as the normal box with a number in it to save the user from clicking multiple times to add just a single item. The entire app must be designed with the simplest and fastest possible input in mind. Any extra time wasted with popups and dialogs must be negated. This app will be used as a simple scanner to compliment the existing online site. To recap: - At this point only the number of stock should be editable. - Search for items - Associate barcodes - Search using barcode Attached is a PDF where I have begun some simple API documentation. The API is largely unfinished but is a good starting point. All source code for this app will be provided so that we may continue working on it at a later date when our service matures.
