Professional Iphone application for Gamified Polls - Long term business relationship

IPhone Gamified Poll application (only the client side) to be developed with seamless friendly UI, complex server JSON interaction and background thread for updating versioned resources/images in the local client folder. Requirements for Application: * Resource updates * Resources w?ll have versions - at the start, the application will contact our server for new versions, and update new versioned zip files and extract them to local downloads folder for the application separately. (we are open to suggestions) * Login/Sharing * Login with Facebook will be the default (will require permissions for user_likes, user_interests, user_location, email, user_groups) * Will send those information in their JSON string format as well as the list of friends to the server. * Less highlighted option of registering via email will be available as well * Sharing buttons will be available in certain pages for sharing via twitter and facebook. * Will receive notifications via APNS - if the app is open it will request new information via Rest API * All communications will be via JSON (the communication objects will be provided after NDA) * Polls * REST api for responses to polls. * JSON structures will be provided for Various poll questions with a few predefined structures with some default values. * We will provide industry standard proven & easy to use pub sub apis after NDA for getting the polls when the app is in the foreground * Gamification * Will contain levels, badges, medals, hall of fame (will be downloadable via rest api as JSON for each user) * Will have limited time for certain questions - the time will be displayed as a countdown seconds * There will be scores for participation to questions, and correct answers to certain questions * The scoring mechanism will provide extra points for answering consecutive questions in a row * Correct answers for some questions will not be immediately available, they will be sent via notification later on - the user will go on with only participation score for that question until this response arrives. * Graphics design * For badges, etc. the graphics design will be provided * For the overall application look and feel, we would like this to be decided by the outsourced winner. * Location * If Location information is enabled on the phone we would like to have the location of the user - if not enabled we would not like to disturb the user to change the settings (we are open to suggestions on this) * Compatibility * We want compatibility with IOS 4-5-6, separate quote on IOS 3 would be nice to have. Bidder: * This is a tough long term project - do not bid if you are not interested in a long term partnership * This project will go on with IPad/Android Applications and updated versions for this application as time goes on. * We will only give the project to companies with track record rather than individuals * We need EXCELLENT SPOKEN AND WRITTEN ENGLISH SKILLS - we cannot waste time on extra communication - not only the bidder/sales person, but also for the programmer/project manager has to be fluent in English * We need agile development, 1-2 week sprints, regular communication updates - we need responses to our emails within 1-2 hours (unless it is night time in your location) * We will choose depending on previous experience, portfolio and the price, do not be afraid to bid more than the amount if you believe that is essential for this project * Do not bid without being aware of our needs, read it as a whole, please include these words "understood your concerns" so we know we get only genuine responses. * Provide us detailed company information, IOS references and portfolio of previously built IOS applications * Source code and every other IP will belong to us. * An NDA will be signed prior to further analysis documents
