I am an experienced Android developer, and I have once made an app on recording audio and on top of it I could build an app that could do something else. Well, just to let you under notice that government has set rules that don't allow 2nd person's call to be recorded, and companies like Motorola are implementing it, which will result in recording only the users voice and not the voice of the 2nd person. Thank you.
