Hi there. I can help you with that. What i have got after reading the description is that "you have two collection views in a single view/storyboard view controller. What you want is that once you scroll one view controller, the other one is also scrolled at the same time". If i am right, kindly get me back. Thanks.

But I quoted you very low only. Yes, you are free to approach other developers but the quality may not sustain with them. For the quality of work I charge in this way. I have need a successful iOS developer more that 3 years.. I can handle it before that can you tell me ? How many layers in Mvc pattern in iOS ? If you say 3, then it's wrong- I am not testing you but it's the fact that many iOS developers do not the basic which fall you down if the foundation is shaky.. I will add your Apple ID in to my iTunes connect account so you can test it via TestFlight if it worked then you pay me and then I will send the updated code, is it fine for you ?
