Game Question Style App

Current designs are available for delivery. I would like a better design then what I currently have if possible. I would like to see if someone could make the game in Unity 2D, and could make it available for both Android and iPhone. If not I would be okay with the iPhone application to start. I would like final Designs/Program files so that I could submit into the corresponding app stores. Home page- Dashboard screen. The user will be able to select from 9 different category options. Each Category has 10 questions inside that can be answered and store text. 1st option/category is available. The other options would be present but grayed out or locked. Just like in the Chinese skill app dashboard. Would like to have a bottom bar or a way for users to view profile, help file, and maybe one other option. Or could be drop down menu from top. The other options should be available by purchase. Would like those screens/data to be already in app. Not an any external server. Will be unlocked through purchase. Help file- Wile just be a quick pop over or screen with instructions. Question set screen - I would like a mini profile view Just picture and rank and the ability to scroll through the different questions Boxes that will send user to that page with the actual question on it. If the user has already answered the question should be an option to view answer or edit answer on the same box. This is will be the same selection style screen on the Duolingo app, and Chinese skill app when you start a Lesson. 10 question boxes will be available to select. For each category. Question screen - Lively page that has items animating on to the screen. I would like a Question fade in/slide in screen, Vector character provided by me should slide/animate in. And a button to answer question should come in as well, a smaller hint button, and navigation to go back to previous screen. Answer Question Screen - Should include Smaller Question, smaller character, time limit on question (5min). Circle graphic can be used also but whatever goes better with the design. An an input box because the user will be typing an answer to the question. But the user also needs to be to click on the hint again or click on an example button that will be locked if the user had not unlocked yet. If the user enters the text in time. He will score points. Would like to see that action on screen. There will be a save button and an edit button for the input text box. The user should be answering the text box but has to reach a character limit before they can save the question and receive points to their XP. If the user does not complete the question in time they will get a pop-up message, than the question will be reset you return back to the question screen for that question. Save messages should be stored for later review when someone wants to see their responses. Profile screen - Should have a box to upload picture, prefer a circle. A tie should be extended down from that box that will display rank on it, you ideas here would be great but I do provide and example. Stats to be kept are Questions answered, Questions sets answered, Categories Completed. And experience points (XP) they accumulate for answering each question. Rank title will be close to picture or tie.
