Need android developer who worked on google map api to fix our map + add functions -- 3

We had built an app on android studio in 2016. The map does not show after we BUILD APK 1. Seems api were outdated or invalid, and maybe missing? need someone who has done gps map android application 1. also add minor sdk call feature (will provide source api/sdk) 2. SIMPLIFY LOGIN FEATURE USING just mobile number, so when someone register to our app they can just use their phone number and leave the current option email/name is it is 3. add bitcoin module (api will be provided)
