I need to fix app how calcule points in google map.

Hello, I have app (attached) that suppose to be copy of [login to view URL] with few modification. (download its free) This app basically, measure an area, then you add how many point per hectare you want. 1-My app when you add 1 por hectare or 1 point per 3 hectare, does not work right, like it suppose to do. 2-Also its missing the option to edit and move 1 point do different location after random points are located. 3- last has some small bugs with multi language and layout to fix. I have source code of course. only will be shown to winner.
