You haven't specified exactly, but I'm assuming you mean remote notifications rather than local? If remote, do you have a server set up to be able to trigger them from, or a service you had in mind? Either way, I can help by recommending a platform if necessary and have both local and remote notifications working in your game for both iOS and Android platforms. If you look at my game PDC Darts Match, you'll see it uses a fairly robust system of pushes both local and remote to keep the player informed. If you do need help with server side set up, I can help with this too.
