PDF READER ( Please read description before bidding)

This is a Project in which we need 2 applications. One is a Pdf reader app and another is video player application. The main features of pdf app should be of highlighting the text and saving it as it is so that when someone open it again that highlighted text should remain in highlights(reference image 1) 2nd and most important feature is drawing on the page of pdf like we draw on our Instagram and WhatsApp story images and again it should not be temporary. It should be permanent. (reference image 2 of INKredible app) all other features are pretty common and easy. It's pretty hard job so please don't waste our time by bidding unnecessarily even if you don't know how to make these 2 features in this application THANKS
