First of all, I would recommend that you go for Native App but if you still want to go for Hybrid solution, then my strong recommendation is ReactNative because this is definitely very strong platform. In fact, I was thinking that if you are convinced on Native or ReactNative solution, then I am wiling to present you few mockup design options of the Main Screen to show our commitments to win this project. Of course, once the Main Screen design is finalized, then it means that remaining pages design will be easily designed.
