Hello, As per my understanding you need an android app which shows user a random quote. However, I am not sure why you have mentioned as C#? The native language for android app development is Java. If you agree with a native android app, then I can show you an example of what we have already created. Hello, I could create an Android app that contains a database of quotes and then randomly selects one of these to be displayed. There could be some simple settings such as how often to refresh the quote, and also a setting to make sure that a quote doesn't reappear until X views etc. I would love to discuss further with you your exact requirements. I have over 10 years software experience and have created most notably a worldwide streaming music service Android application. Alternatively, if it is C# you are after I could create that app - C# is not Android (Android's native language is JAVA). I have plenty of C# experience as well. I have made a random quote generator in the past, and I am very confident in my ability to integrate it into an android application page quickly and effectively. I can either find quotes to randomly choose from, or choose randomly from a prescribed list that is added into the application, which you can edit as you wish.
