Run this swift app for me (let me know why it is not running for me)

I want 2 things: 1) I have the code for a simple swift app that contains 2 buttons, UIImageView, and a label. The 2 buttons for (to take a photo, or to load a photo from the library). Then I have a machine learning model (VGG16) that will detect what is the object in the photo. Finally, the label will display the detected object. The code is not giving any error but there is no output. The model is working fine and I already tested it using another app. So I want you to check the code and let me know why it is not working and make it work for me. I attached viewController.swift.
