Write an iPhone application -- 2

I want to create a iOS app for nurses to use as a drug guide. For example I want info on paracetamol. The home screen has letters from A to Z. You select letter P, From the list of drugs starting with P you select Paracetamol. Then you select from an option of 6 how you want to administrate it; eg Tablet. Then you have your final drug information. The information about the drug are in about 13 tables. Would like to have an option where how you decide what order the 13 are display or not displayed. Also a search function for the drug. I would like x2 drugs to be done already and then shown how to create the 3rd drug, so I can go away and add all rest of the drugs my self and type all the information regarding the drug myself. I have a sample PDF file how I would like it to be done.
