Delphi Xe5 Chat Application text , webcam with multi mic

Do Have Backend server which need to be compiled and fix clients bugs or make new client .. For desktop messenger on Delphi xe5 ,need multi thread server Delphi xe10 ..with implementation of commands should be our requirements and pop up massages..it should be multi thread server and port.. and after completing server should be able to patch with client ..required 2 PHP one for premium user and 1 for moderator and their team for level and authorities ....rest can be explained on demand we have build messenger client and server need to expand.. category/ sub category with premium ID,s and Premium rooms specification will be explained on contact.. no time waster please people who have knowledge of chat application and backend server only server should be able to handel around 5 to 10 thousand users at least ..no time waster
