Dynamic Website Database / Full Stack Developers

I am seeking two full stack web developers to work on various web and marketing projects. I especially need somebody who can develop php - mysql databases to drive simple custom dynamic websites. For example, I'd like to setup a very simple content management system where clients can add and update pages on their website. VERY SIMPLE for the cms because for some clients, even using w*rdpress is too complicated. This content editor could be as simple as TinyMCE and a couple admin pages. Another example, I have another client who wants to create a basic local bar and restaurant directory, so we'd need to create a database where any restaurant manager can update their profile. Site users can search the directory to view the profiles of where to eat. I do not want to have to fully detail every single tiny thing about the website. I want someone who has some creative thinking and problem solving ability. I want someone who is hungry and motivated to work and make some great web projects. I am NOT interested in a w*rdpress website or other bulky templates/frameworks. I am NOT interested in wasting a bunch of time. I do not want to chat, chat, chat for weeks, or even days. I will not setup or pay milestones in advance unless I have worked with you before. I will pay in full when the work is completed to specification. Once we have determined working together will be a good fit, we can set up a regular weekly amount. You can set up the project on your own dev-test server, or I can provide a live dev-test server, whichever will be easier for you. Once the work has been reviewed, tested, and accepted, you will deliver the files and you will be paid. Simple... I am not interested in playing games, and need to be able to trust people I work with on these projects. If you take the time to read this project, your quote should be $40 or less, and you understand this is a trial project. Auto-bids or bids for different amount will simply be hidden. If you are chosen and can complete the test project to specification, you will be paid $40 whether I hire you or not for additional work. I want someone who is willing to get started now, as in today or tomorrow, work one good half day or full day and be able to show me progress and then impress me after that one session of work. If you are good, I will hire you for more work. I currently have over 60 projects lined up, and want to find somebody looking for steady work.
