Fix a .wsdl file

So i'm using tomcat and trying to create a client/service application that takes results from a database. I need to fix a .wsdl file, the file itself as comments on what needs implementing. Due to the a nature of the project I can supply a zipped file of tomcat which currently as axis2on it-the service itself (aka the .aar file) does not yet exist. All i'm wanting is for the comments on the file to be adhered too, for you to run a .bat file which i'll provide-that's it.
