3 interfaces, mostly design using html5/wpf/silverlight for web, TV and mobile

There are three components to this project: 1) HTML5 and .NET web site. Components and template is done already. The person taking on this project will finalise the web site, which is driven by an API that we will deliver, using HTML5, jquery and .NET. This site has a basic web application functionality where one can add/delete, insert items using the aforementioned technology. Wizard forms, draggable divs and so on type of thing. Most components have already been developed and purchased, and all form part of an HTML5/.NET template. There is a high design requirement involved in this project, therefore you must be a front end type of person. There is also a need to design several icons (30+), nothing complicated, mostly icons representing different rooms found in a home, or electronics found in a home. 2) Silverlight or WPF application This application will be run on a TV, therefore the GUI is the most important aspect of this project. Same icons as the web site project can be used, but obviously with higher resolution so the bigger picture must be taken into account when designing the icons. We do have a sample WPF application one can use to continue building this application. Functionality of this app is mostly through APIs so nothing complex here. However there are elements that require development, such as playing media or music. Even here, our sample application contains such functionality so its a matter of improving what exists already. 3) Mobile application Brand new app here!. Same icons and design as the above apps. Also here, most functionality is through an API. The person taking on this project must have had good experience with mobile development as once again, the GUI here is of vital importance. 75% of the work here is GUI related, 20% API related, 5% added functionality related. This can be developed in Java using Eclipse or .NET using Xamarin studio. The application must be built and tested for various platforms out there such as iPhone 4+, Android, blackberry and preferably others. The chosen candidate will be working closely with us even after this project is over, so we will carefully select the most suitable candidate. All source code must be delivered with clearly defined standards in english, and commenting. Further project details will be given to the selected candidates. Before commencing with the development/design, the selected candidate must present a detailed design concept as to avoid going back and forth with design changes.
