Windows Embedded CE 6.0 Support Ver 2.0

I need support for Windows Embedded CE 6.0, in my project. I need three step, first I need to setup Windows CE to VMware or Virtual PC for testing, second step is I want to setup Windows CE to my embeded board Mini2440 ([login to view URL]), third is I need simple VB.NET program which can work in Mini2440 embedded board. I read some books about Windows Embedded CE 6.0, I understanding this subject in theory, but now I need experienced support. This is a project,in this project there are 3 parts, I can do two parts, server and input part, I need help for middle part. In this project in the middle part mine2440. Mini2440 counts inputs and send this counts a web server. This project is working now, but customer wants some additions. Now Linux works on mini2440, customer wants Windows CE with similar program. (you can see addition picture) After the install Windows CE, I can send you this project working VB 6 code, then you can do easly do similar VB.Net version for Windows CE. I will sent VB6 for you to analysis or unterstand what I want. Then you will write similar function project with VB.NET. Your role is help me setup Windows CE to this board, then build similar app to Windows CE in VB.NET.
