Bitcoin Marketplace (No robot bid, please read and then bid)

Hello teams, I´m a Bitcoin seller and want to sell Bitcoins on my own website. User must be able to buy Bitcoins on my website. User can´t sell Bitcoins. User only is able to buy Bitcoins. Custody/Escrow functionality needed which should automatically be part of each trade. My website should be SCAM FREE that´s why a Custody/Escrow solution is needed for each trade. Everything should work automatically once the buyer paid for the Bitcoins. Buyer is paying for Bitcoins and the funds will be stored in the custody account. Seller can review funds, but not touch it or withdrawal. Seller can confirm he wants to get the deal done. Seller sends Bitcoins from his wallet to custody wallet. Once Bitcoins in custody wallet arrives, the System automatically release funds to seller´s bank account and at the same time deliver the Bitcoins to the buyer´s wallet. Buyer can pay Bitcoins with several payment methods. Only payment methods without the possibility to recharge the payments later to avoid scams. Using payment methods like Credit Card, MT103 wire transfer, MT103 GPI wire transfer, normal Bank transfer and much more. I want to give my partner as well access and allocate a seller account for him or other seller friends. In footer there will be a “Apply as a Seller” button and other sellers can apply. I´m not a technical person, I need help and suggestions before and during the whole development until the project is completely finished and uploaded on the server (https) and apps are deployed in multiple Stores. *New and unique Content should be delivered in native English language (All website text for each page, FAQ´s, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy, Bug Bounty Policy, AML Policy) *Translation tool needed with access rights/login for different translators to edit translations. *unique Design, unique Logo including all copyrights, as well delivered psd/ai files. *Apps (iOS/Android/Windows Phone) bug free and tested for all kind of Smartphones compatibility and uploaded in App Stores including App Store texts and very beautiful App Store images. *Escrow/Custody accounts for funds *Multi-sig wallet for Bitcoins *Rich functionality like location localizer and much more......... * Tested for all Browsers. *detailed Scope document delivered. *detailed Proposal delivered before starting the project. *20 % of the total sum will be uploaded via Milestone. 80 % will be uploaded once the project is completely done and bug free working.
