Odoo location rules configuration

Need somebody who know's Odoo 10 and can configure this simple situation: Current situation: When we buy stock to our vendor, we receipt all the stock to WH1/Stock. When we sell something (B2B or B2C), we make the delivery order to the customer from the same WH1/Stock. Objectives: We want to always have at least 1 unit per variant of all the products available in B2C location. All the rest of the stock, must be moved automatically to B2B location. If 1 unit is sold from B2C and it’s empty of this variant, it must automatically move 1 unit from B2B to B2C to again have the stock ready to sell on B2C. When we made a purchase to our vendor and we receipt the products, the stock must move to B2B and if needed, to B2C (if any variant is = 0).
