Need 2 Hours of Perl, Sys admin, Mod Security rule edits

I have a couple issues to fix up on my freebsd box, I need about 2 hours of work. Here's the jobs; 1. Mod Security rules is preventing a perl script from running, I need you to run the script and adjust Mod Security rules, to allow the script to run. If it's not Mod Security, find the problem and fix why this script just stopped working all of a sudden. The script generates web pages on the fly, then FTP's them to another server. The FTP script reports pages are uploading ok, but the never do actually upload. 2. My server is filling up with large amounts of data a regular basis, Drive Space shows 95% full, so seek and find the cause of this and stop it. Please bid $40 or Less. Thats it for now.. I hope to use you frequently for other odd jobs like this.
