PhoneGap app from Wordpress/Woocommerce site

I have an ecommerce store developed with wordpress + woocommerce and i want to build an ios+android mobile app (with Phonegap) that allows users to buy products directly from it. Payments are done only through paypal. Website is [login to view URL] (please point your host to reach the domain at the ip [login to view URL], or you will see the magento store, soon replaced). I do not have much finances to invest on it so i will be happy to share ideas that give me the chance to spare some money.
