I want to Build 2D or 3D , roulette wheels containing 2 wheels with some numbering on it..1 wheels having numbers from 00,0 to 12 and wheel 2 containing numbers from 0 to 36.. It will have three kind of login .. User Screen login , User Admin login ,and super Admin Login. Also design should have Marble User Admin and Super Admin Account .. Shall Contain live Game timing and wheel move timing.( Please See Attached Document to get more clarity) Game result Should be Highlighted With the marble or ball ( should gradually Stop). When game time is 00 the Wheel timer should start and key should be active otherwise deactivate. Super admin will add and manage User . Super Admin can view and manage, all users Wheel status.. Super Admin can start , stop and restart the Wheel.. Super Admin. can set all users wheel moving timing and game timing. Please Go through All the Doc attached to get more clarity on it. And If there will be any acute changes will be notified later. I Need to get this done in around 20 days. Thanks and regards
