Breast Cancer Research Database

I require an extensive database designed for breast cancer statistical research which can be used to retrieve data for statistical reports, graphs, charts and other research based needs. It is critical that this db can access and export other common database data formats (not being an odd or unusable program all by itself) . Important details: * It must be very secure to ensure patient information is kept private. * User password, guest password, supervisor password and administrator password are all necessary. Possible master override password in case of cataclysmic failure. * The user input data needs to be added to the database in real-time and accessible in real-time (continuous update) * It must be able to restrict access via renewable password protection and fee payment with various time intervals (1 month, 3 month, 6 month, 1 year). Can feature a limited access 3 day limited free trial. * It must be able to export raw data into various db formats * The database will possibly be licensed to various hospitals and therefore needs to customizable for each institution. * No limits on registered users or duration limitations. Automatic log-out necessary. * The database fields needs to be comparable or able to be associated with any other database field in the program. * The project needs to be on CD and secured to prevent piracy or illegal. * A method of patching in fixes or program updates should be implemented. I am certain there are many features that can enhance the performance, functionality and acceptability - that is up to the programmer. I have all the fields that need to be implemented and can explain in detail once a programmer is selected. I will retain all rights to the program but will consider a long term retainer fee for the awarded freelancer (in the case of bugs or glitches). I don't know if this is too big of project to present here but I hope some capable individual / group will be interested and able to accomplish this task.
