Create?modify A Module for prestashop 1.6.0.11

We require some experience with the most updated version of prestashop. We need a module created which will allow for product customization based on a specific choice from a dropdown box. The module must be created to work seemlessly with our responsive template without creating any issues. This module must work with the customization feature in prestashop. Not seperate. We deal with personalised products. Our clients will have the choice from a dropdown menu of which engraving layout they want. Once a layout is chosen the correct customisation fields will be then displayed. It is important that we have the ability to apply different combinations for each option in the original dropdown box. Some products will have up to 20 different layout options, each of which would need to display a different set of personalisation fields. This process needs to be streamlined and easily managed when adding products and new layouts, etc. Please check the attached file for an explanation. We require this work to be done quickly if possible, within a couple of days. And will need constant contact and testing during the process. The module must integrate into the backend of prestashop and also work with our product csv uploads once implemented. The customization details must be saved to the order as per normal customisation. There are module already built that do a similar thing but nothing exact so hoping this should be quite simple. Automatic bids will be ignored. After bidding be ready to discuss. Thanks
