MySQL, PHP, APACHE, AJAX data entrant enters events in a form and they are saved in a database;specifies when the even will be published and the duration before expiry; events are displayed in a table in a webpage with the latest event on top (self refreshing page after say 10sec);outdated events are not displayed but are still in database; table has Committee, Date, Time, Venue, Subject/Event, Persons to Meet; Have events scroll in a frame on the page.

I have built a system like this befor i can do this in no time 1 days is a large time scale for me to turn this arroud, I would not use an auto refreash rather a dely that re syncs using AJAX, on a 10 secondly basis, can allso allow users to set how they wish to have them orderd out of the Database for easy of the end user
