321499 Modified CL clone

I need a website with all of the functionality of CL but with graphics and different look. Preferred with my space added to it where people can log in an chat into a one website. If possible a space in left/right or footer for advertising placement. All the functionality needs to be there, but again, I'd like it to have a slightly different look/setup. Main difference is that the categories/sub categories will change and need to be editable in the admin panel. I should be able to put google adwords or other ads up in the future. I need all the functionality that includes the method of posting (create a post, add photos, receive an email to publish/change/delete the post.) Admin interface should have ability to remove posts, control the numbers of user posts, numbers of days, charge a fee for certain categories, etc.
