23566 Paypal ipn & phpBB2 signatures

I am looking for a paypal ipn type script to work with a phpBB2 forum. All I want it to have members pay to have a signature in their profile. It will cost so much a month and the member would have to pay via paypal. Then paypal would take money from their account on a monthly re-occuring basis. I would need a paypal ipn log in the admin control panel of the forum that would keep track of each transaction for each user. This will be similar to the paypal ipn group subscription mod (link available) and the programmer would have to have experience with phpBB2 program.
