401146 PHP List - Same issue new site

We moved hosts. Then we installed PHPList and like our other website, this website also has the same bug. We are installing PHPList 2.10. Anyone familiar with this issue, needs to jump in here and fix this quick. We cannot mail out newsletters without this being fixes so time is of essence. [login to view URL] See attached screenshot.
