430495 Tag card demo

I would like to know what the costs are to develop a simple application which can interact with a ‘tag card' (for example reader + card see [login to view URL] ). The general idea is to use these Tag cards for a very simplified loyalty programme to collect and spend points. Once the Tag card is read the programme must connect this card to a database which contains ID information of the tag (name owner, birthday, address) and the amount of points collected. Once the ID is known and verified the programme must be able to increase or decrease the collected points of the ID holder. The programme must contain the following simple steps: 1- Place a tag card on the card reader. The programme must connect the card ID to an ID in the database. Log-in 2- Once the ID of the database and the tag-card are connected the following functions must be utilised: - Change the ID in the database. - Change the loyalty points, increase or decrease. 3- Write data to the database and log –out. The database must contain the following data: ID data of the Tag –card holder: - Name - Surname - Birthday date - Adress And a simple history of points gathered, spend and off-course the actual points on the card-id. When the investor aproves this demo, the application has to be developed to communicate with an online database. This will become a new project (with a larger budget)!
