Add Email Autoresponder Delay

Using an email chosen to only receive incoming emails.... I want to have the script receive the emails, store it, and timestamp it. Exact amount of minutes later it sends out a separate reply using my list of smtp emails that is already in the system. The reply sent will have it's own message and subject line. Every x amount of emails sent, the script will launch my built exe program. Then waits x amount of minutes after exe program has launched. Then checks for internet connection to continue sending. This project will be a continuing amendment of my already existing script.
