Online Floor Plan Creation in Flash

We need an advanced Flash developer to create an online FloorPlan application in Flash. This will also need to use ASP as you will see in the description below: This application will be used to create floor plans of property. We need it to work almost identical to the one made by the company at the attached URL. Please see the attached URL, go to that site, create a free trial account and see the functionality of all of their tools. We will need to make some slight verbage changes as the one at the attached URL is made for use in the UK and we need this for the USA. Once the user has completed their 2D floor plan (as you will do in the free trial) we need to give them the option of converting it to a 3D floor plan. This is simple to do as you simply need to ask them the wall height and construct the 3D plan accordingly. The Wall coverings and Floor coverings that will be used in the 3D plan will be specified in our database and you should mae the application dynamically put them onto the appropriate walls and floors. PS - We have a testing server environment that you will be able to use for creation of this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
