Create Magento Site from PSDs

We are a VERY BUSY web design & development company and we need some assitance creating a Magento website to help us meet a deadline. We've generated the proof images for all the internal pages within the capabilities of Magento. We've laid out how the Homepage, Category view page, Product page need to look and have attached JPGs. The PSDs are available upon request. Any other Magento pages, such as the cart and the steps of checkout, must be themed to match the proof as close as possible. We've also included a detailed document ([login to view URL]) on how the functionality of the individual pages will work.
