I will only be paying the full amount at the end of the project. Do not bid if you do not agree to this. I need a professional secure user powered content website built from scratch. It needs to include functions such as user profiles and a comment system. It is a big complex project and is comparable to the site [login to view URL] or www.lifetango.com. I will only be choosing serious companies with experience in making these type of sites. The site must have good graphic designs and must load quickly. The site will contain information that will be added by the users and displayed in a graph of chart format. Email reminders will all be required. Please supply examples of your work
