New Template Needed

Hello, I am looking for a good coder or designer that can give my website a nice new layout and design as my current one looks pretty bad. I do NOT need and coding, just template changes. Basically I want my sites template for [login to view URL] to look more like [login to view URL] does. Changes should include... - New logo - New header - Navigation Tabs - Nice easy to read site colors - Make it so that the site does not stretch out when viewing on a wide screen computer - Change the background colors, and text color so that it is easier to see and read - Change the sites footer - Make the area where I put my ads have a white box around them just like [login to view URL] has - Integrate the template into a vBulletin Forum (just like [login to view URL]) - Integrate the template into a WordPress Blog (just like [login to view URL]) Again you do **NOT** need to do ANY programming for my site... _I just make my sites template look like VideoCodeZone.com_ **I will ignore ALL canned bids** (meaning that you just copy and paste your info into the bid), and **I highly like bids where the coder explains that he understands my project, and actually talks about what he plans to do, how he plans to do it, and how long it will take.** ## Platform Php, CSS, Html
