Ghostwriter for Tech Management book

I require a ghostwriter to help write a complete rough draft of a book for self-publication. I do not intend to profit off of this book, but hope to make it available to my peers and collegues. The book will be about business management, specifically for technical ([login to view URL]) personnel. The book may cover general management principles, but must be specifically geared towards technical employees, such as in examples. It must be noted that technical employees -think- differently than other professions, and I need this book to reflect this. The book must also cover, at a minimum: -CERT team management -Tiger team management -Red/Blue team management -OPSEC team management (optional) -Technical employee recruitment and retention -motivation -the fact that the employee's capabilities may exceed the managers, but that the manager must have a familiarity with the work -leadership styles for technical personnel (see attachment) This book needs to be comprehensive, and cover the many topics not covered here. If you have any additional subject ideas, please list them in your bid. Listing all subjects you plan on covering would greatly increase your chances of winning the bid. I will be rewriting the draft, but I need the research and organization done. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 2) The text will be a minimum of 115 typed, double-spaced pages with no more than a 12 point font 3) The text will be in book format, to include chapters and formatting as appropriate. ## Platform the text will be written in any (current) version of Microsoft Word
