HTML/CSS template to Responsive HTML5/CSS template

Completed project must include: 1. Responsive HTML5/PHP/CSS mobile design based on a current PHP/CSS mobile design 2. Add a 2nd column for tablet display 3. Maintain current CSS function and markups 4. Additional button shape The current layout is a single column - The new layout should have a main column of 60%, and a second column of 40% This should be adjustable however The current menu is displayed vertically - The new menu should rotate to be displayed as standard horizontal bar on tablets You will be provided with my current PHP and CSS files. Before the project is closed I will need time to go through the pages and make sure I can find all the features I need for changing the colors, changes are displayed correctly, etc. All code will be checked with [login to view URL] html & CSS validators and csslint for errors prior to project completion Ask questions if you have any.
