Re-designing and modifying a datingsite

We need someone who can finish re-designing and modifying our current dating site. Our programist had to cancel his work with us due to an other work for an other company. We now need to find someone to take over where he left the project. The project is about 70% done and needs to be finalized and launched. In details! You will integrate the new design made by a skilled and professional designer. Design is already slized by a HTML-coder. You will need to modify and add some functions. Please read the following text written by our programmist in order to better understand the work. "The site is located at a dedicated server running on CentOS 5. For server management a Plesk panel is used. The site is powered by a Dolphin dating software which is written using PHP and MySql. This software makes use of a templating system, so its skinning is not that hectic. The current live version of site is run under Dolphin ver. 6.0.0003, which is installed into /community directory under web site’s root. Due to some new features in latest version a decision to upgrade version of Dolphin software was taken. The most important features added are: -ability to add new pages using visual interface in admin area -upgraded messenger, which can use a dedicated RMS server (this is a server-side software on Java, which deals with Instant Messenger and video streaming) While the process of new development, the Dolphin software was upgraded to ver. 6.1.4 (latest) and upgraded RMS server was installed. The upgraded Dolphin version was put in ??? directory of website’s root: ??? A copy of live site’s DB was made on MySql server and named ???. This copy was also upgraded to be able to work with an upgraded Dolphin software. So basically under /??? directory of website’s root a fully working upgraded version of Dolphin exists, which has users profiles data copied from live site. This explicitly helps development, as you should not worry that changing something will cause visitors to suffer on live site. The HTML coding of home page and 3 subpages were made, as well as design of all other needed pages exists and will be provided. These 4 HTML pages should be enough to build the site out them. The functionality and skin of home page and subpages for not logged in visitors is already implemented on the site. So the remaining list of things to do is: -add remaining sub-pages for not logged in visitors (this is easily done through admin area) -skin the pages available for members -separate regular messages on the site into 4 different types (regular text mail, emoticon, friend request and messenger request) -module that tracks and shows who viewed your profile -blacklist functionality (allows to submit information about scammers and then admin approves it and it goes to a list of scammers) -adjusting top members functionality -making sure that site is looking for all languages after language files will be translated and graphic adjusted -make news on site available for each language -change sending greetings to send emotions (little smileys) and make the attachable with pre-written text. -transferring profiles and messages from live site to new upgraded copy and relocating this copy to the root of web site instead /dev directory" You will be more instructed when given the job. We require You need to have previous experience with simulair projects. It is a advantage if you worked with dolphin software before. We would like that you know the language of PHP very well. We will NOT hire anyone living outside of Europe and you need to be ok with a phone interview and if possible a personal meeting in your city. We usually like to hire people we at least met once
