betfair bot for in-running...

i need an automated programme that once set up will run [login to view URL] way it will work would be i select a horse for a race the next day and i want to lay him the night before at a definite price. eg. preview/forecast says SP likely to be 4/1 so i want to lay him at 4 on [login to view URL] .... the crucial point is i don't want this lay cancelled at any stage. ie. when the race starts, the lay will be replaced immediately at same price. At present the refresh rate on betfair is several seconds, i need an application with refresh rate of 0.5 secs. I am looking for low odds (value) so it is unlikely my lays will be matched before the race starts, therefore it is crucial the lay is placed immediately when the market goes in-running and attempts to get matched asap. I believe, most horses price drops at the off, my goal is to exploit this and get matched on or below the industry SP. Betfair prices on average are 1 or 2 points above SP before the off. there are example out there but they all have drawbacks that don't let me do this... autobetfair (30sec refresh, too slow), fairbot (cannot place lays in advance)...etc i need applic to work on windows xp, all versions of windows internet explorer / firefox. betfair compatable budget = approx 100 - 200 euros.
