clone of classifieds site

I would like to have a clone done of this site: [login to view URL] The site must be coded in PHP/MYSQL... I do not want it too be built around OR or some open source modification as I can do that my self.... Do not worry about the graphics for the site... I am just interested in funcitonality. The Site must contain all the features as the above link. // the code must be easily adaptable so I can easily change the site categories ...for example If I want to sell cars...
