E-commerce system, content management and payment processor.(repost)

We are building an on-demand system t-shirt printing e-store w/real-time layout and design. Here's how it should work: The user selects an item to customize, i.e. add text and graphics to. The item can be anything from our list of thousands of products. The selected item then appears on a creation page, within a box. Above the product image there would be a field to type in the text. Next to that will be a box from which to select graphics to apply to the image. This should be a click and drag function. Click on the graphic, drag it to the item. Place the graphic or text however, wherever the user wants it. We have a template designed for the project already, so this will not need to be done by the coder. However, the coder will have to obviously design the program to work with the existing template. The chosen coder will need to communicate my graphic designer to discuss the more technical issues. The site could eventually contain 100,000 products. Initailly however, we will only require 25,000. The program must be configured to allow more products to be added at a later date. The shopping cart and checkout system should allow for coupon, discounts and other special promotions to be given and withdraw at our discretion. Residents of the state the website is located in are required to pay sales tax. Therefore upon checkout, the system needs to ask for the county of the buyer and automatically charge the appropriate sales tax as required. Sales tax varies by county. The program will allow for incoming and outgoing text messages, podcasts and ringtones. The program will have a short audio feed when cursor moves over certain areas of the site, such as all category box titles. ********Max character allotment for Decription has been reached. Thank you.*********** Daniel graham ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows, unix, linux TBD with my designer.
